Experience Analysis Section

adapts the Lessons Learned methodology following NATO standards, analyzes combat experience, and enhances the analytical capabilities of the Security and Defence Forces.

Learned

Lessons Learned Training Section

fosters a Lessons Learned culture in Ukraine, integrates it into military education, and trains personnel and command staff in the effective practical application of Lessons Learned.

Laboratory

Intelligent Technologies Laboratory

integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into Lessons Learned processes and enhances digital tools for military management.

Lessons Learned +

Methodology developed by NATO for the effective processing of experience that can be applied to achieve improvements and avoid repeated mistakes. 

The key goals of Lessons Learned are to provide commanders with substantiated materials for decision-making, and to spread awareness among personnel that everyone is a stakeholder in the LL process; success and effectiveness come with involvement; sharing experience with each other eliminates the possibility of repeating the same mistakes over and over again.
