We deliver educational projects focused on the professional development of military personnel and security and defense sector employees
The Boryviter Center of Excellence is a proud member of the European Security and Defence College (ESDC) network. This membership provides Ukrainian military personnel and security sector specialists with the unique opportunity to train at over 200 leading professional educational institutions across Europe. This partnership fosters knowledge exchange, promotes professional growth, and facilitates the integration of European standards into Ukraine’s military education system.
We also collaborate with international partners to develop specialized training programs. These programs provide Ukrainian and European specialists with access to the latest methodologies in areas such as Lessons Learned integration, strategic analysis, operational planning, security studies, and more.
Beyond training individual specialists, Boryviter supports the development of an institutional learning culture. We assist security and defense organizations in establishing their own Lessons Learned units and implementing analytical departments, as well as conduct specialized courses, practical trainings, and workshops.
Combining advanced research, modern methodologies, and international cooperation, The Boryviter equips Ukrainian specialists with the essential knowledge, skills, and strategic vision needed to prevent and counter security and defense threats to Ukraine and Europe.
