Recruit Week for Unmanned Systems Forces

The project focused on the selection and initial training of recruits for the newly established branch of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — the Unmanned Systems Forces.
Hosted by the Boryviter Military School, a short-term training and recruitment course was rapidly deployed, covering the structure and the use of various uncrewed systems, military communications, and situational awareness systems. Special emphasis was placed on tactical medicine.

38th Joint Training Center

This project aims to support the delivery of foundational disciplines within the Basic Combined Arms Training (BCAT) curriculum at the 38th Joint Training Center (JTC). It also focuses on creating conditions for the professional development of JTC personnel, improving management, optimizing instructional processes, and preparing recommendations for further implementation by the Center’s leadership.

Recruit Week for Unmanned Systems Forces

Throughout the course, the School’s experts were engaged in tasks such as organizing testing and evaluations, monitoring knowledge acquisition, conducting psychological screening, and identifying the optimal future specialization for each individual recruit.

 

Objective

Identify, select, and train motivated recruits for the rapid and high-quality reinforcement of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

38th Joint Training Center

Objective

Develop the capabilities of the BCAT School at the 38th JTC to independently provide regular, high-quality training to personnel entering the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
