Boryviter Centre of Excellence is contributing to joint analytical efforts with the NATO-Ukraine Joint Analysis, Training and Education Centre (JATEC) in the field of methodology and operational analysis.
As part of this cooperation, Boryviter’s analytical team was supporting research activities focused on the collection, processing, and implementation of operational lessons. The efforts were grounded in a shared objective: to ensure that operational insight is not only captured, but systematically implemented where it strengthens adaptation, readiness, and resilience.
Being established as the first joint NATO-Ukraine civil-military organization within NATO’s structure, JATEC plays a key role in identifying and applying lessons from Russia’s war against Ukraine and integrating them into NATO and Ukrainian defence transformation processes.
For Boryviter Centre of Excellence, participation in this analytical cooperation reflects our broader mission: transforming operational experience into structured knowledge, applied expertise, and practical solutions for modern defence and security challenges.
The development of effective Lessons Learned methodologies is essential not only for operational adaptation in wartime, but also for strengthening long-term institutional resilience, interoperability, and defence innovation.
