On the panel “Dealing with Maritime Security Threats in the Arctic – How?”, Tetiana presented a Ukrainian perspective on the changing character of maritime security in modern warfare. Her contribution focused on the Black Sea campaign as a case study in how uncrewed systems, precision strike capabilities and integrated kill chains enable a smaller naval power to contest a much stronger fleet. These lessons remain highly relevant to the Arctic security environment.

Boryviter is grateful to the organisers for the invitation and the opportunity to share Ukraine’s experience with an international audience.
