Boryviter Experts Shared Ukrainian Expertise at International UAV Show 2026 in France

Yevhenii Chemerys, Head of Counter-UAS and SHORAD took part in the panel discussion “The Drone-Enabled Army: Reality or Fantasy?” focused on the transformation of modern armed forces through unmanned technologies and practical experience of their deployment in wartime.

Commenting on this year’s event and his presentation, Yevhenii noted: “Ukraine has developed unique expertise in unmanned systems and countering aerial threats. Our task is to systematise this knowledge and translate it into effective technological solutions, new approaches and high-quality military training. This is why international dialogue matters: it brings together the operational needs of the military, industry capabilities and emerging technologies. For us, cooperation must deliver tangible results – stronger defence capabilities and, ultimately, saved lives”.

UAV Show 2026 marked a further expansion of its international reach and defence focus. The ninth edition brought together more than 4,500 industry professionals, with defence and dual-use technologies accounting for over 80% of the exhibition. Key topics included autonomous systems, electronic warfare, counter-drone capabilities and the integration of technological innovations into military capabilities.

For the Boryviter team, the event provided an opportunity to share expertise developed during the full-scale war, for the further cooperation that brings together Ukraine's experience with European technologies, expertise and institutional capabilities. Participation in UAV Show also created opportunities to strengthen professional dialogue with European defence institutions, manufacturers and research organisations.
