(Armed Forces Military Academy of Moldova, AFMA).
Boryviter's analytical team presented research on military adaptation at an international conference in Chisinau. Head of the Analytical Department Pavlo Musiienko, Head of the Military Research Oleksandr Nadelniuk, and Military Researcher Anastasiia Bohomolova participated in the international academic conference "Moldova in the Context of the New Regional Security Architecture," organized by the Royal Danish Defence College (RDDC) and the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of Moldova (AFMA).
During the presentation, "Military Adaptation and Competency Development: The Experience of FPV Drone Crews in the Russo-Ukrainian War," the experts shared the findings of their own research.
"We focused the presentation on how the competencies of FPV crew members rapidly develop directly on the battlefield through constant challenges posed by the enemy. The enemy regularly invents new ways to disrupt the work of FPV crews, which devalues existing knowledge and skills needed for effective mission execution. We explained how Ukraine’s defenders manage to overcome these situations. This was highly relevant for the international audience to gain a better understanding of how personnel are organized, trained, and employed in the event of a possible future war," commented Oleksandr Nadelniuk.
"Collaboration at the intersection of academia and defense is critically important for building a resilient security architecture in the region. We are not simply sharing research findings – we are offering a methodology for how institutions can adapt under the pressure of total war. The standards being born in Ukraine today are the future standards for the entire Euro-Atlantic space," noted Pavlo Musiienko.
The participation of Boryviter representatives in the conference marked an important step towards strengthening synergy between international military and scientific communities, creating a foundation for further collaborative updates to security policies.
